Every MidPoint project has a dedicated Project Manager (PM) who is tasked with ensuring that the system implementation and execution is completed on time and per your specification requirements.

MidPoint believes that effective project management is the fundamental element leading to a successful installation.  Prior to the commencement of the project, our MidPoint PM will meet with the client contacts and stakeholders to identify the critical milestones and requirements of the project. 

Your Project Manager will manage all the essential activities of the project life cycle, including the following key areas:

  • Scope Management
  • Time Management
  • Cost Management
  • Quality Management
  • Project Communications

MidPoint PM’s are committed to complete customer satisfaction. In support of this commitment, MidPoint performs a variety of quality assurance processes.  Quality control check lists are used throughout the project to ensure that the installation is on-track and scope compliant.  Project status reports are required to be sent to our customers weekly. 

Final documentation packages containing project vitals such as certification test reports, final as-built drawings and production plans in AutoCad,  Product Manual and Training Guides, Warranty Packages, Service Level Agreements are project deliverables provided on every project.
