Electronic Security Foreman

Working in concert with our Project Manager and Division Manager, the ESS Foreman is an on-site technical person. This individual will be responsible for managing on-site project tasks, team members, project material, and project documentation. An ideal ESS Forman has 10+ years of experience in the electronic security space. Project tasks include but are not limited to pulling, cables, installation of cameras, access control devices, programming and testing VMS and ACS systems. The ESS Foreman should have or possess the ability to pass Manufacture
Level certifications courses.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • In Depth knowledge of system wiring and troubleshooting

General Construction Knowledge Should Include:

Security Video Monitoring Operater

All positions require the ability to work Saturday, Sunday and Holidays during the hours of 6PM through 6AM, but actual hours/schedules are flexible depending on availability and business needs.Previous experience in customer service, call centers, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention or related law enforcement field is highly desired.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Coordinate responses to identified security events on a client’s site and contact the appropriate emergency service(s) to respond to a verified security event as needed.
  • To monitor various sites by watching video snippets and/or live video feed.
  • Identify potential threats and risks of the sites.
  • To communicate through a standard escalation model
  • Record pertinent monitoring events for archiving and investigation (identification, escalation, resolution, etc.)
  • Ensure the quality of the existing alarm and that alarm volume is at a manageable level.
  • Ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions and notify the Monitoring Center supervisor of all issues.
  • Communicate with Monitoring Centre for any alarm related issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness by keeping informed and sharing knowledge and technical skills.
  • Safeguard all confidential information whilst exercising due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The technician role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in the commercial installation space. Project tasks include but are not limited to pulling & supporting cable, installing field devices such as cameras, readers, contacts, etc..

Electronic Security Estimator

Working in concert with our ESS Division Manager and ESS Project Manager, the ESS Estimator is responsible for all low-voltage security product and labor estimates. The role is ideal for a candidate with more than 5 years engineering and estimator experience in the commercial installation space. Project tasks include but are not limited to performing site surveys, take offs, complete understanding of electronic security product line (Access Control, Video Management and Burglar Alarms), vendor & distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will be sufficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, CADD and estimating software.  The candidate must have a background in writing & evaluating RFIs, Division 27 & 28 specifications, blueprints and statements of work.

Audio-Visual Production Engineeer

Working in concert with our Engineering Manager and operation staff, the audio visual Production Engineer we select will have overall responsibility for developing engineering drawing packages to include elevations and line drawings for assigned AV projects.  An audio visual Production Engineer is an advanced technical position within the audio visual department, this position is great for candidates with 6-plus years of experience in the audio visual industry with system integration and system commissioning.

Senior Account Executive

The Sr. Account Executive will have demonstrated capabilities of performing at a high level for a period of no less than 4 years, consistently producing $4M+ in total revenue year over year. The Sr. Account Executive will have a strong understanding of “solution selling”, opportunity generation (hunter mentality), excellent communication skills both externally (clients) and internally (to Sales Manager, Division Management, Engineers/Estimators, and Executive Management), and the ability to “close” opportunities.

This individual will be responsible for managing on-site project tasks, team members, project material, and project documentation. An ideal SCS Forman has 5+ years of experience in the low-voltage space. Project tasks include but are not limited to pulling, supporting, terminating, and testing category, coax, and fiber cable as well as installing cable/ladder tray, grounding, racks in MDFs/IDFs, and managing teams of technicians. The SCS Foreman should have or possess the ability to pass BICSI Technician Level and manufacture certifications courses.

Lead Security Technician

The Lead Security Technician installs, programs, tests, and troubleshoots complex electronic security systems for the company’s customers in the commercial market. The technician will follow the direction of the assigned Project Manager to complete all installation work for security projects.

Essential Functions:

o Lead the installation and programming efforts on project sites.

o Direct installation technicians on the proper techniques for proper installation.

o Installation of security devices and cabling at customer sites.

o Programming of electronic security devices.

o Troubleshooting of complex integrated security systems.

o Read and understand scopes of work and drawings.

o Attend manufacture training classes to increase skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Minimum of five years’ experience in security, video surveillance, access control, and/or intrusion systems.

o IT networking experience.

Warehouse and Material Delivery Coordinator 

The Warehouse and Material Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of materials and equipment for project execution. This individual will work closely with the warehouse manager to accept and sort deliveries of materials. This person will state all materials associated with jobs and schedule with team leads for the delivery of all necessary materials and tooling required for successful project commencement.

Qualifications & Skills:

o Ability to operate a forklift or be able to pass the necessary operational requirements.

o Ability to multi-task.

o Strong organizational and communication skills.

o Capable of lifting 75lbs.

o Pays close attention to detail.

o Follows instructions.

Daily Tasks:

This individual will report daily to the warehouse manager for a list of daily duties. These duties will include but not be limited to:

o Checking in deliveries as they arrive. It is important to note that it is the duty of this individual to inspect the deliveries for damage. These materials will need to be stored in appropriate areas awaiting delivery.

o Keeping the warehouse orderly and clean for a safe work environment. 

o Ensuring weekly that the appropriate levels of consumables are properly ordered and stocked for use.

o Assisting with the quarterly inventory count in the warehouse.

o Outside of the onsite warehouse work, the candidate for this job will also be responsible for making pre-determined, scheduled equipment deliveries to job sites. Once on-site, this person will be responsible for making sure that the job site foreman takes delivery of all materials and tools necessary for their job site.
