David Kaspary Jr., RCDD, RTPM

President & CEO

Dave Kaspary Jr. is MidPoint’s founder and President/CEO. In January of 2014, Dave founded MidPoint in his grandfather’s townhome in Baltimore. MidPoint's services simplify enterprise technology, delivering elite, technological solutions to clients. While managing MidPoint's rapid growth, Dave continues to ensure the company delivers on its founding principles. Dave began his career in the industry in 2004 with a summer job as a field technician during a college break. After graduating from Towson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he continued his career in the technology sector. Dave quickly gained success working for a local integrator; he held various positions in both project management and sales. Today, as President and CEO of MidPoint Technology Group, Dave is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Dave oversees the executive team to ensure execution of company goals, progression in strategic direction, and the delivery of maximum quality product and service to MidPoint's clients. “MidPoint's employees are the driving force behind the company's success. We have set out to create an elite team, composed of the RIGHT people, and therefore everyone is held to a higher standard. I am a firm believer that "A" players want to work with other "A" players. We as a company have set our quality standards above industry norm (deemed "MidPoint Quality") in our quest to be the best. John Vingsen

Vice President & COO

John started with MidPoint Technology Group in August of 2017 and brings years of experience in both operations management as well as customer service. John Began his career in the industry directly out of college when he worked for one of the largest publicly held voice and data carriers in the world. After achieving significant professional growth, John transitioned to the private sector where he successfully led several business units and facilitated business growth at the local and national levels. Today, as Vice President and COO, John leads MidPoint's operational team in alleviating technology challenges faced by clients on a daily basis. John ensures MidPoint's highly trained and certified workforce execute the effective delivery of our elite products and services.
