The undisclosed client had multiple builds happening at the same time frame, all with the same turnover date. MidPoint was contracted to complete project 1, and another vendor was selected to complete project 2. MidPoint was on target to complete project 1 on time. The other vendor working on project 2 was not on schedule to complete the project on time. Both projects needed to be completed on time, and the client was looking for an option to bring home project 2.
Before MidPoint’s involvement, tasks were missing deadlines; work was not performed neatly or to the standards required by the customer, and validations were not happening in a timely fashion.

MidPoint delivered another team to assist the current vendor working on project 2. After several days, the client removed the vendor and selected MidPoint to pick up the project where it currently was. MidPoint worked 24 hours a day by 7 days a week, to troubleshoot, complete unfinished work, fix existing work that was not properly installed, and turn over the project in time for the client.
MidPoint was recognized as a trusted advisor and partner by completing the project on time. Overall, MidPoint delivered a solution that assisted our client in providing their client with a finished, clean, and functional product that met everyone’s standards and requirements. Since both projects were relying on each other’s networks and servers, the project was fully functional and operational as intended.
