David Kaspary, Jr., RCDD, RTPM
President & CEO
With a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, David “Dave” positioned MidPoint as a leader in the technology and security services industry.
In January of 2014, Dave founded MidPoint in his grandfather’s townhome in Baltimore. While managing MidPoint’s rapid growth, Dave continues to ensure the company delivers its founding principles. Dave began his career in the industry in 2004 with a summer job as a field technician during a college break. After graduating from Towson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he continued his career in the technology sector. Dave quickly gained success working for a local integrator, where he held various positions in both project management and sales.
Today, as President and CEO of MidPoint Technology Group, Dave is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Dave oversees the executive team to ensure execution of company goals, progression in strategic direction, and the delivery of maximum quality product and service to MidPoint’s clients.
John Vingsen

John’s leadership reflects Midpoint’s core values of community, innovation, and integrity.
John started with MidPoint Technology Group in August of 2017 and brings years of experience in both operations management and customer service. John began his career in the industry directly out of college when he worked for one of the largest publicly held voice and data carriers in the world. After achieving significant professional growth, John transitioned to the private sector, where he successfully led several business units and facilitated business growth at the local and national levels.
Today, as Vice President and COO, John leads MidPoint’s operational team in alleviating technology challenges faced by clients on a daily basis. John ensures that MidPoint’s highly trained and certified workforce ensures the effective delivery of our elite products and services.
