MidPoint Technology Group hosted its fourth annual golf tournament on October 1st at Musket Ridge Golf Course in Myersville, MD, bringing together clients, partners, employees, and industry friends for a day of networking and giving back to the community. This year’s event raised more than $125,000 in support of the Carson Scholars Fund, continuing MidPoint’s commitment to supporting education and the next generation of leaders.
The annual tournament has become a highly anticipated MidPoint tradition, providing an opportunity for the company to strengthen relationships with clients and partners, while supporting a great cause. Guests enjoyed a full day on the course, followed by a reception and dinner with opportunities to connect and further support the impact of the event’s fundraising efforts.
“The Carson Scholars Fund is incredibly grateful for our longstanding relationship with Midpoint” says Lacey Richards, Scholarship Director at Carson Scholars Fund. “Partnerships like this demonstrate the power of businesses and communities coming together to support a worthwhile mission. Midpoint’s commitment to giving back, along with the generosity of participants and sponsors, will have a meaningful impact on the students served by our programs. We’re honored to be a recipient of your generosity. Thank you to Midpoint and everyone involved for turning a day on the course into lasting change.”
The Carson Scholars Fund, founded by Dr. Ben Carson and his wife, Candy, recognizes and rewards students who demonstrate academic excellence and a strong commitment to their communities. The organization works to inspire students to pursue academic achievement and become lifelong learners.
MidPoint Technology Group would like to thank all of the sponsors and attendees who contributed to the success of the tournament and helped make this year’s fundraising milestone possible.
