Construction sites are constantly changing, and so are their security needs. With valuable equipment, materials and technology often left on-site overnight, having reliable security in place is essential. But traditional, permanent security systems aren’t always practical for temporary or rapidly evolving job sites.
Our mobile trailers and surveillance units provide construction sites with a flexible, rapidly deployable security solution. When a site needs additional security, we have the equipment ready to deploy, allowing us to get the site monitored quickly without the need for a permanent installation. As construction progresses and site needs change, the units can be repositioned or relocated to provide coverage where it matters most.
TrueLook, a technology company that provides live-streaming construction cameras and project management software, recently released its 2026 State of Construction Site Security Report, highlighting a significant increase in job-site theft across the U.S.. According to For Construction Pros, the report analyzed 2,639 confirmed break-ins at active construction sites in 2025—an increase of 50% from 2024.
Some of the key findings include:
- More than 40% of break-ins occurred on weekends.
- The highest-risk period for theft was between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m.
- Unsecured gates were a common factor in theft incidents.
- Insider theft and unauthorized after-hours access continue to be concerns.
- Monitoring teams reviewed more than 170,000 alarms throughout the year.
Materials, tools, generators, and equipment were among the most common targets. The report also emphasized that fencing and locks alone may not be enough to deter thieves.
Securing access points, improving lighting around valuable assets, and implementing actively monitored security systems are among the recommended ways to help reduce risk.
By combining visible security technology with remote monitoring, these units help keep a watchful eye on valuable equipment, materials, and property, giving organizations greater peace of mind and helping stop incidents before they happen.
